Why the blog We Love Escondido

Last week in our local paper there was a discussion of the possibility of a new hotel being built downtown with support from the city. Some of those against the idea said that there is virtually no reason for tourists to visit Escondido. Well that made me mad so I decided it was time for those of us who love Escondido to talk about what makes it such a great place. So I'll blog about things going on it town, maybe post some pictures, and encourage friends and neighbors to guest blog. So that's my first post.
